🕯️In Memory of Franz Graf (1901 – 1944?)

Born: September 7, 1901, Hall in Tirol
Residence: Arzl near Imst
Occupation: Sculptor
Persecution:
March 5, 1944: Arrested by the Gestapo
April 1, 1944: Deported to Mauthausen concentration camp
From 1944 onwards: Missing; all traces are lost
Franz Graf, whose artistic hands created beauty, was erased by the brutality of the Nazi regime. His disappearance reminds us to keep alive the memory of those who vanished without a trace in the inhumanity of the camps.
