Every Biography Counts

The Digital Biographical Archive of the Nazi Resistance in Tyrol documents the lives of women and men who opposed National Socialism, were persecuted or became victims of the Nazi regime. Its geographical focus is on Hall in Tyrol, Innsbruck and the wider Tyrol region. Biographies, archival sources, historical photographs and family testimonies illuminate regional forms of resistance and persecution while preserving the memory of those affected.
